Michael Proman, Vice President
Michael, a native of Minneapolis, MN, currently works as a Manager for the National Basketball Association in New York City on Global Business Development. Prior to working at the NBA, Michael worked in Atlanta, Georgia for Coca-Cola on the Olympic Torch relay, traveling with the relay to over 35 cities around the world.

Michael received an Honors BA from Amherst College in May 2003 in Asian Studies (concentration in Chinese) and LJST (Law, Jurisprudence, & Social Thought). In addition to founding the Amherst College chapter of Change for Change, Michael has worked at the National Football League in New York, Edelman Public Relations in Beijing, and Target Corporation in Minneapolis. He completed his senior thesis on intellectual property enforcement in the People's Republic of China and intends to pursue a career in international business specific to his passion for Chinese language and sports. While at Amherst, Michael was a four year football player and was nationally recognized as 1 of 20 recipients of the American Football Coaches Association "Good Works Team," honoring his off the field excellence in the community with Change for Change and Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
