Want to help a charity and win an iPod? (2005-06)

Do both.  The MSU Chapter of Change for Change is sponsoring a collection to benefit The Listening Ear.

How it works.  You collect donations that go to The Listening Ear. The person that collects the

highest dollar amount in donations wins a 2GB iPod Nano courtesy of the MSU Computer Store.

Details on how to participate.

1)  Email us at msucfc@yahoo.com to let us know you’re participating.

2) Download and print out a Donation Confirmation form and start collecting from friends, family, professors, and anyone willing to support the cause. The donations don’t have to be large.  See below for more details on completing the form.

3) The collection will be held until Friday, April 21st. Change for Change will have donation tables set up that week to allow you to drop any funds you have raised.  More information will be posted about the exact times and locations of these tables, so please check back later in the semester!

4) Even if you aren’t competing for the iPod, stop by one of the tables and make a donation to help The Listening Ear - a large donation, a few dollars, or the change you have in your dorm room, apartment, or house. The Listening Ear would appreciate whatever you can give!

Details on the Donation Confirmation form.

Click here to download the Donation Confirmation form.  You are the collector!  Be sure to fill out your personal information at the top of the sheet.

Please ask any donors to fill out the Donor section and sign the sheet. If a person gives less than five dollars, no Donor information or signature is required, but you should keep track of the total amount of these smaller donations. Once you have finished collecting, write “Donations less than $5” under Donor’s name, put the total amount of small donations in the Amount Donated column, and sign your name.

If you fill up one Donation Confirmation sheet, print out another and fill out your name and email address on the top of the sheet. Please staple all Donation Confirmation forms together.
